REMOTE SUPPORT

Many software issues can be resolved without even coming in to the shop. If you would like to schedule a remote visit, we can log into your Mac or PC at a scheduled time and answer your questions while we share your screen.

1. Click the button above to schedule a remote session. You can choose from 15 minutes, 1/2 hour or 1 hour long sessions. 
2. A technician will call at the scheduled time and ask you to click the link to run our remote access software.
3. You will run the remote access software, they will walk you through making sure they can access your screen, then you can begin resolving the issues.
4. If it turns out to be a bigger issue, not to worry, we can convert your remote session into an in-shop repair.
