Sometimes You Just Need A Little Help
Many software issues can be resolved without even coming in to the shop. If you would like to schedule a remote visit, we can log into your Mac or PC at a scheduled time and answer your questions while we share your screen.
How Does It Work?
- Click the button above to schedule a remote session. You can choose from 15 minutes, 1/2 hour or 1 hour long sessions.
- A technician will call at the scheduled time and ask you to click the link to run our remote access software.
- You will run the remote access software, they will walk you through making sure they can access your screen, then you can begin resolving the issues.
- If it turns out to be a bigger issue, not to worry, we can convert your remote session into an in-shop repair.
